Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £54,000 per year

We are working with a leading contractor within the construction sector who operate heavily in London and the Surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a full time, permanant basis in South Woodford, London.

Responsibilities:

• Managing costs to ensure projects meet budget requiremnts.
• Sourcing materials for site.
• Dealing with sub-contractors.
• Reporting to management with progress updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience working as a Quantity Survyor.
• HNC Level 4.
• Experience within a new build / refurbishment company.
• Required to travel to sites outside of London.
