Salary: £54,000 per year
High spec housebuilder requires Quantity Surveyor to strengthen regional team.
Company
High spec housebuilder with a growing portfolio in the North East. Sites are typically small, up to 50 units and houses sell between £300k and £1m.
Role
The business is eager to build a strong team in the region and is therefore looking for a QS who will take commercial control of individual sites, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
Experience Required
Applicants should come from a spec housebuilding background and be eager to forge their career path within a growing and successful organisation.
Remuneration
The QS can expect a salary of up to £54,000 plus car allowance, health cover, employer contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday to start with.
