Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year

Quantity Surveyor – Worcester. We are recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with experience in new build housing projects.

The Role:

In your new role as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will report into and work closely with the Commercial Manager, on new build housing projects of values up to 20m in value

Company details:
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be joining a company established over 20 years ago who specialise in Residential new build projects.

After winning multiple tenders they now a require a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis in their Bromsgrove office.

Skills:
You will have a Degree / HNC/HND or be working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction, with a similar background working for a main contractor or housing developer. You will have an eye for detail, an organised nature, be motivated and ambitious.

Salary:
£25,000-£35,000 + Car/Allowance, alongside the opportunity to work closely with a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager.

This is a real opportunity to progress to Senior Quantity Surveyor level within a short space of time. The Commercial Director started out as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and so knows promotion from within really works
