Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £300 – £360 per day

An opening has emerged within the Building Surveying department in a successful consultancy for an experienced graduate in Hull.

Reporting to an Associate, they will be supporting a diverse range of projects across Yorkshire, Lancashire and the North East, with some occasional national travel further afield. They have a strong portfolio of housing association works, and are increasing their commercial presence.

Candidates should have a recognised building qualification with two years or more suitable experience.

Preferably MRICS, AssocRICS or currently working studying towards their APC.

The position will require a general knowledge of building construction, to assist with procurement, preparation of tender documentation, cost control and contract administration.
