Quantity Surveyor

We are looking to source a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a small sized Main Contractor with a big reputation who specialise in education, commercial and bespoke housing.

. Degree qualified in quantity surveying
. At least 10 years post graduation experience as contractors QS
. Proven track record in delivering projects up to £3.5M / £4M
. Proven track record and experience in JCT/NEC, Traditional, D&B and Management contracts
. Experience (ideally trained) with a regional contractor or possibly national contractor.

Would be
. Working with a contracts manager and site managers to take sole commercial responsibility for projects from £400K to £3.5M all usual QS duties.
. Responsibility for review and improvement where required of company wide commercial processes and procedures.
. Responsibility for mentoring of Junior / Intermediate QS who is currently in post.
