Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

Due to continued growth and project wins, i am looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team with a leading rail contractor.

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 DOE + Impressive bonus scheme

Location: Warrington or Doncaster

Requirements:
·Previous experience working in the rail industry
·5 years experience working in a commercial team
·experience working on target cost contracts
·Recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or related subject
·Good experience and detailed knowledge of working with the NEC suite of contracts
·Strong communication skills and a willingness to go above and beyond client expectations
·A high level of proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
