Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £26,000 per year

Currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join an estalished construction company that creates high end private residential new builds and renovations.
Working alongside Contracts Managers and supporting a variety of mutiple high end projects ranging from £1m to £10m.
All projects are covered around the Cotwolds.
Main responsibilities
* Identifying variations, sourcing best prices and provide pricing to clients
* Producing CVR documents
* Producing cash flow forecasts
* Cost reporting
* Budget control
* Negotiating and quality assurance with subcontractors
* Manage subcontract accounts
* Manage the commercial side of the projects
* Liaising with clients and other departments ensuring the delivery projects to programme
* Coordinating labour, plant and materials
Candidate profile
Will suit a Quantity Surveyor experienced in high end private residential projects
Strong negotiating skills
Commercial acumen
Any Quantity Surveying qualifications / RICS is desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
