Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Our client is an established contractor based in the Maidstone area. They work in a multi-sector environment on refurbishment and design & build projects. They have a variety of work with many interesting projects that you do not normally get. They are an expanding company and are now looking for an Intermediate / Project level quantity surveyor to join their commercial team.
You will be reporting directly to the Commercial Manager and working closely with him assisting in all aspects of Quantity Surveying duties.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified and have experience of new build and refurbishment projects in the commercial and residential sectors. They offer an opportunity to progress as an individual into a senior quantity surveyor and also provide a strong path to management within the company.
CANDIDATE:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or construction related subject
- Previous experience within a construction company
- Knowledge of JCT Contract desired
- Knowledge of design and Build desired
- Kent based candidates only
