Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £66,000 per year

Contractor that have a division that specialise working on modular schemes nationwide are looking for an individual to join their expanding team to oversee schemes primarily within the education sector. Working alongside the Contracts & Project Manager your main core of duties will be to assist on the tender and pre-construction of potential projects, procurement for subcontract packages, the analysis of subcontract quotes, preparation for BoQ’s, budget, subcontract and final account payments. This role will primarily be office based but will involve attending site for client and contractor meetings as and when required.

A minimum of 5+ years working for main or regional contractors will be a pre requisite, experience working on modular building projects would also be advantageous but not an essential requirement.
