Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £84,000 per year

My client has been appointed on a £3.5m contract to build a Bridge in Brighton. ‘Boots on the ground’ in early March. The project will run for 12 months. We are looking for a QS to be on site for the duration of the project to ensure the job runs as smoothly as possible. 

• Full-time, permanent role employed (Ideal)
• Year one to be based in Brighton/Sussex 
• Afterwards, location to be agreed
• Experience with JCT contracts (This contract contains several complicated amendments and there are no Contracts Managers employed!)
• Expectation to handle all commercial matters, variation notices etc
• Experienced, confident, energetic,.
• Personable and a great team player.
• Salary package c£84,000
