Salary: £66,000 – £81,600 per year
We are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager or Senior QS / Cost Manager to join a leading, privately owned Construction Consultancy based in Nottingham.
You will be responsible for providing Cost Management and Commercial support to the business and carrying out services such as cost planning & management, value engineering, tender management, financial reporting, budget management and valuations on a variety of strategic Infrastructure and Construction projects (predominately JCT, ICC and NEC forms of contract) including working within or for a local authorities, private and public sectors clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a Construction or a Civil Engineering Consultancy, a construction related degree or equivalent, excellent communication and IT skills and ideally RICS accredited (or working towards).
