Location: Moira, South Derbyshire
Salary: £26,000 per year, Pro rata + Up to 15% Bonus + Pension, Generous Holiday, Child Care Vouchers

Customer Service / Sales Advisor – Working Hours: Flexible Part Time Hours (Part time shift hours between 4.30 pm – 9.30 pm weekdays and weekends.)

Forest Holidays has funding to develop several more of our popular Cabin locations across GB uniquely on Forest Commission land. Our guests return again and again to enjoy the simple luxury that is a Forest Holiday. It’s an exciting time for Forest Holidays as we have the investment to develop several more of our ever popular, year round cabin sites over the coming years: exclusively in the Forestry Commission estate. We are currently looking for a Customer Service / Sales Advisor to join our Contact Centre team.

We are very busy and your skills will be fully used and developed. This is a unique opportunity for a genuine, focused individual, ideally with experience in a similar role to join our well-loved business.

Our modern open plan offices, in the heart of the National Forest, make for great team work and a pleasant office environment.

Customer Service / Sales Advisor – The Role:

• Taking calls from prospective and repeat guests enquiring about visiting our unique and beautiful forest sites for group, couples or corporate breaks.
• Offering extensive advice on facilities, locations, pricing and add on services.
• Listening to the needs and requirements of the customer and making recommendations based on your extensive knowledge of each location.
• Working to targets and optimising each opportunity make bookings.
• Making and amending bookings for guests and loading them onto the online system.
• Attending team meetings and undertaking relevant training and development.

Customer Service / Sales Advisor – You:

• Ideally you will have a strong background in a call handling, call centre or telesales environment.
• Your passion and commitment to delivering world class service will make you the right person to join our highly friendly and supportive team.
• You must have a passion and drive for customer service with a keen interest in the outdoors and the leisure industry.
• Sound PC skills, you will be a team player but most importantly you will be a great communicator and thrive on talking to people with a flair for the written word too.
• A natural born problem solver you will enjoy the environment of a small contact centre, based in our modern offices at Moira, next to Conkers.
