Hours: 04.30am – 6.30pm (8 hour shifts, 4.30am to 7.30am paid at time and a half) 40 hour week
We are looking for a fluent Russian speaking (mother tongue) customer service assistant to join our client based in Slough. In this permanent position you will be required to work 8 hour shifts which will cover 04.30am to 6.30pm. All hours between 4.30am and 7.30am are paid at time and a half.
The Role:
You will be required to provide customer service support to Russian customers for a Global Fashion brand. You will be required to respond to all basic customer queries including order enquiries, complaints, and returns, and ensure all queries are responded efficiently and promptly.
Who we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will be fluent in Russian, with previous experience in a customer service position. Due to working with Russian time zone you will be required to work a rotated shift between 04.30-18.30! Ideally, you will have a car but the company can also provide transport from the local station.
