Customer Service Advisor

We are urgently seeking a Customer Services Advisor on a temporary basis.

You will have a proven customer service background and be able to demonstrate a good problem solving ability.

Duties to include;

Be the first point of contact for the customer
Ensure all calls are dealt with professionally and in accordance with outlined procedure.
Collect and record information
Maintain correct administration records
Complete customer service surveys with customers

You must be well presented with good all round communication skills as you will be dealing with all manner of customers via the telephone and face to face.

You must be IT literate as use of MS Word, Excel and in house databases will be required.
