Customer Service Representitive

Office Angels Kingston are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative for our prestigious client based in Chessington. Our client is highly successful organisation who are seeking an individual with the ability to proactively sell its products to trade customers and provide the highest levels of customer service.

The successful candidate must have had previous experience working within a Customer Service environment and possess exceptional communication skills.

The role is paying a competitive salary of between £26,000and £26,000 per year. Full benefits package is also available

Duties include:
*Responding to customer queries via telephone and email
*Provide the highest quality service to account holders
*Exceed sales and customer service targets
*Build an excellent rapport with customers and the sales team
*Understand the customers needs and bring added value at every opportunity
* Placing orders on to the system
*General office and administrative duties
*Maintaining customer information, ensuring it is all relevant and up to date

Skills required:
*Customer service experience within a sales environment
*Ability to listen well, influence, problem solve and have the ability to adapt your communication style
*Be a team player with a calm, professional approach, articulate, dynamic, confident and enthusiastic
*Must be proficient with using Microsoft Excel for reports, analysis and forecasts
