The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of service to customers, both internally and externally working to tight deadlines in a busy department.

Responsibilities include:

* Dealing with customer queries through phone and e-mail contact

* Liaising with the production team regarding orders, lead times, delays and responding to the customers accordingly

* Processing sales orders efficiently using IT systems

Essential Experience:

* Good interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written

* Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills

* Evidence of working as part of an effective team

* Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative
