Customer Service and Sales Advisor

Salary: £26,000 per year

I am working with a fantastic client who against the odds of COVID19, they have thrived over the last 12 months.
Therefore are now looking for another member to expand on their growing team and join their success.
They are a very passionate company in the automotive sector with customer satisfaction at the heart of their business.

– Customer Service with Sales role
– Working for a very successful SME in the automotive sector, who are predominantly Ecommerce (online) therefore this year has not interfered with their growth or ability to continue work.
– Build relationships with returning and one time transaction customers.
– Company bonus’ on top of personal commission.
– Majority of Sales is inbound due to high demand
-External sales are warm/previous customers.
– Extremely friendly team with relaxed yet professional environment who have been with company minimum 5 years +
– Based in Stratford upon Avon

Ideally looking for someone – 

– An outgoing and friendly nature who love to help customers however they can to get the best results.
– With a call centre background or similar background working mostly via telephone work.
– Ability to build strong relationships via telephone, some face to face required.
– Ability to grow existing business.
– Comfortable to work with KPIs and motivated to exceed targets.
– Able to manage returning customers in an account management style.
– Strong communication skills needed both verbally and written due to volume of telephone and email work required.
