Hays Office Support are proud to be working in partnership with one of Leicester’s leading organisations in Leicester City Centre to recruit for Customer Service Advisor.

Your new role

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with inbound calls relating to housing queries from existing and prospective tenants. The role is extremely varied and offers challenges that will enable a bright individual to gain a lasting career. Duties will include collecting rent payments and chasing rental debt as well as supporting customers to make affordable repayments within specified guidelines. You will also support our customers with neighbourhood queries and arrange repairs to their properties. Working Monday- Friday on rotation shift of 8am-8pm and occasional weekends.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need excellent telephone manner with a reassuring and empathy approach. You will need the ability to think and react quickly to diverse queries yet remain calm under pressure. You will be a natural problem solver and have a confident attitude towards complex enquiries. This together with excellent IT skills and ability to utilise CRM systems, there is a real opportunity to forge a career.
