Leeds City Centre – £16,500 + Commission (£6k OTE)

Our client based in Leeds City Centre is looking to recruit a number of customer service advisors to join their existing teams.

You will be taking calls both inbound and outbound from people with financial difficulties and working with them to form a suitable payment arrangement for both parties.

You will be working currently in a telephone based role for at least the past twelve months and be focused on providing customer service and building a trusting relationship.

There are full time and part time hours available. Immediate Starts Also!

Full time – On a four week rolling pattern between 8am – 9pm and one weekend in four.

Part time – Evenings and weekends.
