We are currently recruiting for a Global Outsourcing client on behalf of a telecomms campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a global business and secure a long term role. We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience, this could be call centre; retail or hospitality – the key is you’re people focused. 

This is a 100% work from position and all equipment will be provided by the client before you start, all you need is reliable broadband and a suitable work station in your home. 

What will you be doing?

Handling a variety of customer service queries and complaints 
Helping customers with billing and account queries 
Resolving queries over the phone as well as via emails
Ensuring customer satisfaction on all customer interactions
Aiming for a first time resolution on all customer queries
What are we looking for?

Previous experience within a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Computer literate as you’ll be using a number of in-house systems
Confident working independently as well as part of a team
Hours of work – 

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:30am-8pm
No weekends! Salary:

£26,000 per year paid weekly initially!
