Salary: £26,000 per year
Direct Response Employment Services are looking for 2 customer service advisors to join our clients team on a temporary basis over the next few weeks.
This role will be working 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday and you will be responsible for speaking to customers over a range of media channels such as telephone, email and online chat.
You will eb answering customer queries in relation to products, and advising them on faults on how to rectifiy faults with products along with processing exchnages and giving information in relation to refunds.
You ideally will have previous experience working within a customer service environment or retail environment.
We are looking for someone who is immediately available, has there own transport due to the clients location and be confident in talking to a wide range of individuals.
This is a great role to improve of your communication skills and earn some extra monies before Christmas, there is a possibility this could lead to a more permanant role for the right candidate.
