Our client is a rapidly growing technology company based in the City of London looking to add talented individuals to join a successful team.

The company is set for exponential growth in the next two years and that’s where you come in.

As the company grows they are developing their strategy to ensure they meet the growing demand for their services and maintain their reputation for the highest standards of customer service. Our clients are looking for two professional account managers with experience in managing customer relationships and prospecting sales opportunities to aid their existing successful business winners with the day-to-day requirements of their growing customer base.

Preferably with an IT or telecommunications background, but essentially possessing a minimum of 2 years business sales experience with demonstrable success. They are looking for someone prepared to work hard and have the determination and intellect to learn quickly. You will be excited by the prospect of being a part of a growing organisation and recognise the opportunity for earning potential and personal development that can come to those being successful in joining a growing organisation at the right time.

You will be driven and ambitious with a background to date that demonstrates your reliability and commitment to exceed expectations in a competitive environment .As a young company they need you to bring a disciplined approach to work that combines a collaborative team ethos with a single-minded determination to prove yourself in an organisation that is committed to succeed.

Reporting directly into the Sales Director, you will be required to exceed the companies, monthly, quarterly and annual targets by possessing:

Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
An attention to detail to complete all tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Gravitas and intellect to hold a business level conversation over the phone and face to face.
Professionalism to take ownership of customer concerns and manage through to a timely resolution providing complete customer satisfaction.
The ability to question and uncover customer needs for sales opportunities.
Excellent lead generating skills to identify new business prospects.
An ability to maintain a pipeline of opportunity and forecast accurately.
A positive attitude to exceed agreed minimum activity standards.
Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word, Visio and Outlook.
