Salary: £26,000 per year
My client are one of the UK’s most admired mid-market provider of managed voice, data and mobile services, and are now looking to add a Desk Account Manager to their existing / expanding team.
You will be responsible for facilitating the existing customer base. This will consist of dealing with inbound sales / enquiries from existing customers – trying to up-sell other products where possible. Selling products to the existing customer base. Proactively account manage different clients accounts.
You MUST have some experience dealing with telecoms / mobile or internet account management. You MUST have B2B sales experience also. This required experience is ESSENTIAL for this role!
Hours of work; Monday – Friday – 9.00am – 5.00pm
