Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
1st/2nd Line Desktop Support (Windows, Exchange) – Slough/Berkshire – Contract – Immediate Start.
A 1st/2nd line helpdesk support individual is required for one the fastest growing software providers based in Slough. This is for a 3 month Contract, with a view to go permanent.
The ideal 1st/2nd Line Desktop support specialist will have the following technical experience:
– Windows
– Office
– Active Directory
– Exchange
The ideal 1st Line Support specialist will be responisble with the following:
* Maintains all desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and projectors.
*Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware issues on desktops, laptops, printing devices and mobile devices.
* Ensures the dealing area is functional at all times
* Designs/edits graphics work for external use.
*Supports the client access system and company websites.
* Provides support to home workers via telephone and site visits.
* Participating in a rota to provide support out of core hours.
