1st Line Support Analyst- £24,000 to £26,400 – Manchester
An extremely successful, globally recognised logistics software company are looking for a 1st line support analyst who is willing to work hard and has a passion for customer support. The successful candidate will get to work with some very well known retailers, providing them outstanding support day to day and will be their first point of contact. You will have the chance to grow your career within IT support in an exciting, fast paced and dynamic environment. Training and personal development is offered by the company which will give the successful individual a chance to learn on the job and the potential to gain a lot of technical experience from an entry level or with a few years commercial exposure.
Key skills required:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Some experience working on helpdesk or in a support role is desired
- A passion for working with customers and building relationships / understanding business needs
- Willingness to learn and multitask
This position is offering £24,000 to £26,400 per annum as well as a company pension, private health care and 25 day’s holiday and is based in Manchester.
