1st Line Support Analyst

1st Line Support Analyst – Southampton.

This role will include: providing 1st line technical support (Software/Hardware) of bespoke systems, provide solutions/fixes to all service calls within the time allowed under the SLA’s, Ensure that all calls are answered within targets provided & issues are logged both by email and telephone, responsible for escalating issues according to company escalation process and ensure team are aware of any issues needing attention, log & update calls on call management system, you will be required to assist with the implementation of new software, hardware releases and adhoc rollouts as part of the team, ensuring that procedures are followed and installations double checked for problems at all times.

Skills: Basic understanding of Windows operating system ranging from 2000-Windows 7, network infrastructure, visual basics & C#, Microsoft office and card payment process. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills.

The hours of this role are on a shift basis.
