First Line IT Support Analyst

Salary: £33,600 per year

An extremely proactive role, client facing, coordinating the day to day delivery of all associated tasks for the IT department. Following documented policies and procedures, dealing with IT related issues across the business internally and externally.

Offering IT support analysis, dealing with system checks, re-loading data, client communications and incident responses. Based on a ticket system, ensuring a timely response delivering on priority and impact. Extensive communications both verbal and written, planning maintenance notifications and follow-ups. The role is responsible for system checks, diagnostics, through to resolution. At times liaising with wider teams and 3rd party service partners. Checking websites, data files and data collection.

Reporting skills, SLA compliant, delivering results, driven by the customer journey, building strong relationships throughout. Strong technical ability, able to resolve problems/incidents, maintains a constructive approach whilst under pressure.
