We are looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join my client in supporting their customer base in providing specialist technology solutions to businesses.

The role:
You will be providing 1st Line Support to an expanding client base, dealing with tech that can range from cloud, security, software, and telecoms.

You will be supporting your clients daily on tickets via telephone and email – you will be the first point of contact for customers so building relationships is key.

Technical Skills:

• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• VMware/ Hyper-V
• Antivirus
• O365
• Azure
