Construction Manager £90,000 – £96,000 per annum +_car/travel allowance
Our property development company based in Bournemouth is currently seeking an experienced and ambitious Construction Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join an innovative and growing company.
As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for full control of all construction activities for the business and will manage and motivate the site management teams.
Ideally you will have previous experience within the Housing sector or Contracting sector and able to demonstrate a clear understanding of house building, RC frame and High end and luxury experience
Having a minimum of 5 years as a Contracts Manager / Construction Manager role with a reputable Housing Developer or Contractor would be advantageous.
Stability in your career and UK experience is a prerequisite, good general construction background with a main contractor is paramount.
Qualifications required:
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First aid certified
