Of course, growth means more people, more dynamics, more relationships, more training and more HR needs and consequently, we are looking for a HR Advisor/ HR Manager to join the team and act as first point of contact for generalist HR enquiries whilst providing comprehensive advice, guidance and support to all levels of staff. 

HR Advisor / HR Manager – some of your role and responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
• Coaching, supporting and challenging managers in bestpractice of people management
• Driving and delivering HR excellence by developing and implementing people plans in line with business strategy
• Ensure all processes and working practices meet agreed expectations
• Work with the head of people to deliver monthly people metrics
• Enhance the reputation of the team internally and that of the business externally by providing firstclass communications
• Assist the Recruitment Manager from a HR perspective when required

HR Advisor / HR Manager – key qualifications and experience:

• Qualified to at least CIPD Level 3 although CIPD Level 5 would be desirable
• Some proven experience in a HR capacity with a firm understanding of how to provide practical HR advice and management support
• Some experience in recruitment would be a great advantage
• Exceptional IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to create and follow processes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
