Salary: £336 – £384 per day
My client is seeking a Construction Manager to work on a large new build residential development in East London.
The successful Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing fit-out on a number of blocks. The entire site is over 1000 units and you wlil be taking blocks from 1st fix through to completion. You will have experience managing fit-out trades working for a Main Contractor previously. You will also have experience writing and implementing site programmes.
To be considered for this Construction Manager role, you must have valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
