Salary: £36,000 – £72,000 per year

Stafffinders are currently recruiting an experienced Digital Project Manager to work in the thriving industry of e-learning. The company provides high impact online training to businesses of all sizes in multiple sectors across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both client and internal projects for the business from start to finish. Closely working with the team to ensure agreed deadlines are met, quality projects are produced and delivered within budget, Meeting with clients face to face as well as performing client presentations.

In addition to supporting the team, you will serve as the main point of contact between clients to ensure all projects are being met to an exceptionally high standard with the aim to always exceed the expectations of the client.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years+ experience in a similar role with the ability to manage and deliver the creative process. You must be customer focused, organised, detail orientated and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as being to present and deal with clients face to face.

You must have a track record of successfully handing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Role

• Understanding clients training requirements
• agreeing project objectives
• Scoping of module development
• Estimating & Costing
• Managing Multiple simultaneous projects
• Scheduling graphic designers, instructional designers and subject matter experts
• Delivery against scope, deadlines and estimates
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.

Required Skills and Experience

• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate creative ideas and solutions
• Ability to work closely and in transparent collaboration with graphics, instructional designers and subject matter experts
• Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
• Strong client management skills
• Must have the confidence to handle all client facing situations
• Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Full drivers licence.
