Salary: £36,000per annum
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager to join an established award winning digital design, multichannel ecommerce and online marketing agency.
As the Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day operations and ensuring client projects are delivered on time to budget.
Ideally, this role would be suitable for a highly organised and commercially astute individual who has previously worked as an Operations/Project Manager in a digital/web environment.
We are looking for someone who is customer focussed, problem solving, solution orientated and has experience in managing and delivering projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Successfully manage the project delivery team to ensure on-time delivery of web development, ecommerce and online marketing projects that meet customer expectations.
* Effective resource planning and task management.
* Lead weekly performance review meetings and analyse RAG reports.
* Responsible forSLAmanagement and customer issues posted on our in-house iTrack help desk system are resolved within agreed timescales.
* Manage relationships and act as an effective liaison between technical delivery teams and the account manager to ensure projects are delivered to meet the client’s business objectives.
* Oversee the development and training of the project delivery team to ensure performance objectives are met and develop employee skill sets.
* Working with the Business Development Team to develop client services and packages.
* Day to day client management to ensure customers are aware of all specification and delivery issues.
Key Experience and Skills
* Strong technical background with focus on solutions and service delivery.
* Managing team performance and KPIs.
* Good understanding and knowledge of digital design, ecommerce and online marketing services.
* Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects, ideally in a digital/web/systems environment.
* Preferred to have a working knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Linnworks, Channel Advisor, Magento or similar platforms.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Degree level education and committed to ongoing personal development.
