Built Environment Technical Project Manager

Cordless Consultants is the technical consultancy division of Cordless Group, specialists in emerging technology and its impact on business. We help our clients design and implement future proof IT design for their new office fitout or corporate relocations

We are looking to add an additional expereinced technical project manager to our delivery team. This is a permanent vacancy and has arisen due to business growth.

Our HQ is next to St James’s Park in London but we embraced agile working since our inception 25 years ago.

Your main objective will be to

Project Manage the delivery of client projects in our engagement as technology consultants through discovery, design, bid management, project coordination and commissioning stages

Skills/ Experience Required

* Broad Technical background and therefore understanding of technology

* Excellent Report and Technical writing skills

* Structured, methodical and thorough, providing a robust audit trail and storage of all reports, designs, meetings, programmes, budgets and key decisions

* Ability to chair and attend meetings and protect client and Cordless Consultants interests

* Ability to communicate complex technology in easy to understand language

* Ability to assist clients in requirements and budget assessment

* Strong ability to engage as PM as part of a project ‘professional delivery team’ in order to deliver IT, AV and Smart Systems in a coordinated fashion, on time and inside budget

* Highly structured approach to project delivery utilising Cordless Consultants templates and technical documents to support projects

* Highly ordered and methodical and able to record and report information and save this in order to provide a clear audit trail
