Location: Qatar

Leading International company who is looking for high calibre Commercial Managers and Senior Quantity Surveyors for major infrastructure projects. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major infrastructure projects (Multi Billion Dollar Projects).

Essential Requirements:
•Worked for a recognised international blue consultancy.
•Experience of major infrastructure projects – to include some roads and highways projects
•A stable employment history.
•Degree qualified in a relevant discipline such as quantity surveying with over 14 years post graduate experience.
•Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts.
•Strong Post Contract cost management experience ideally across multiple live projects
•Professionally qualified by ideally by RICS (MRICS)

Candidate:
Experienced Commercial or Senior Quantity Surveyor who has manages the cost on either one major project or a portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will be client facing but also comfortable managing contractors closely. Major infrastructure project experience to include some roads and drainage experience is essential to be shortlisted for the role. Previous experience in the Middle East is a preference.
