About role & where

Based at the company’s modern office in Bristol.

Currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join the team. Over the last five years we have gone from strength to strength, and with an exciting and sustainable growth plan in place, we’re looking for someone to join us on that journey.

The core responsibilities will include: 

• Daily management of quantity surveyors and lead the team
• Manage and deliver commercial matters
• Delivery of business improvements 

Ideal Candidate

• Talent, passion and enthusiasm, but if we’re being frank, being a nice person and having a sense of humour are top of our list
• Ideally looking for someone with around 10 years experience in a QS role. Ideally at least 2 years in a managing surveyor/commercial manager role.
• Demonstrable experience in all key aspects of a Commercial Manager role
• Experience in managing people
• Excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to bring energy and positivity to the workplace
• Great interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and with our professional partners, supply chain and clients
• A valid full UK driving licence.
• Your own vehicle, insured for business use.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Maintain a CSCS card, First Aid and a suitable Health and Safety qualification.
• Maintain chartership of RICS or CIOB.
