Salary: £72,000 – £84,000 per year
We have a rarely available opportunity for an experienced Commercial Manager to join this regional residential developer.
This will be working on a large multi-phase traditional build housing scheme in Fleet.
You will be a key part of the site based leadership team responsible for the successful delivery of the high end residential units assisting the Commercial Director to run the close knit commercial team.
Having come from a solid background in new build residential development you will be able to display a clear progression path in your career history in Quantity Surveying. This is a permanent role and as such we are looking for someone who can display longevity and loyalty in their CV.
