Working days: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4.30 pm

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager preferably from Leeds to join our passionate and driven team on a permanent basis!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Participate in commercial review and authorisation of new business opportunities for Technical services. 
Responsibility for pricing individual CCN & Variation requests within the business unit utilising the appropriate contractual cost models.
Maintaining an accurate and current register of CCN / variations for nominated contracts ensuring the contractual revenue is aligned with the scope of works.
Undertake risk reviews of Contract Terms and Conditions identifying any risks, mitigation and opportunities against the current delivery model.
Provide contractual advice and support to the operational team and coordinate responses to any contractual queries relating to Contractual terms on all forms of Contracts. 
Act as focal point co-ordinating all commercial and contractual letters with the client’s procurement team and as a point of escalation in the resolution of commercial applications and aged debt queries.
Supporting operational team and working in conjunction with the central procurement function with commercial Management of Supply Chain, ensuring that commercial terms are aligned with the Main contract and that best value is derived.

About You:

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or have some experience in a legal or management surveying financial background.
Excellent Knowledge of Forms of Contract.
Experience in Construction or Facilities Management. 
Excellent communication skills including presentation and written report writing.
Good PC skills, including advanced Excel
Security Clearance to DBS and Government BPSS will be a mandatory requirement of this role
Full driving licence.
