Role and Responsibilities
My client is a well established contractor with a high workload in the region. They have an immediate need for a large fit out project in Riyadh and are actively seeking a commercial manager to run this project. You will have site based surveyors (ex-pats) and will work closely with the Project Manager. This is being delivered by FIDIC contract.
You will have delivered other projects plus 10m GBP as a commercial lead and must be able to relocate to Saudi. The client will provide all accommodation and full package.

* Degree Level Education
* Strong Contractual knowledge
* Willing to be based in Saudi
