Customer Service Advisors

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join a Global company providing mobile phone protection insurance for their West London based Contact Centre. These are temporary to permanent roles and will suit applicants immediately available.

Working on a shift rota basis, the Customer Service Advisors will temp for 12 weeks with a view to going permanent or on to a 6 month FTC thereafter.

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be to:

• Ensure that all customer telephone claims are administered efficiency & effectively within the framework of the policy terms & conditions providing a straight forward, empathetic and positive experience on every call.
• Accurately responding to phone, fax and e-mail based customer enquiries and requests via the appropriate system while following established policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Handle customer service requests, primarily inbound telephone calls, in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner, ensuring that the needs of the customer are met, service is rendered, and the customer is kept apprised of the status of their request.
• Interpret insurance policy coverage to approve or deny claims.
• Interpret and process any expression of dissatisfaction and escalated complaints provided by customers and attempt to resolve within the organisation and FSA guidelines.
• Other general and ad hoc ‘off phone’ administration and activities relating to claims processing.

An ideal Customer Service Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Previous call centre experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Insurance claims experience is desirable.

In return you will receive a Salary: £26,000 per year on a temporary basis and £26,000 per year, plus benefits to include, 25 days holiday and a 10% performance related bonus on a permanent basis.
