Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year

The Role:
– A fantastic opportunity has arisen a Northern Area Sales Manager covering Derbyshire, Staffordshire, North East & West including Scotland.
– The Northern Area Sales Manager will be selling the full range of the businesses BMS Controls.
– You will be selling into Building Automation Control Installers, Consultants, Specifers, OEM`s & Distribution.
– As Northern Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for the achievement of agreed monthly and yearly sales targets and dealing with a combination of new and existing business.
The Ideal Person:
– Must Have – Experience within BMS and applications of products in this field
– Route to market with targeted audience
– Technically competent with the field of peripheral or system sales
– Well organised technical sales individual
– Comfortable in managing and planning their own diary
– Able to sell against cheaper competitors products
– Well presented & articulate
– Confident communicating at all levels
– Can build strong working relationships
– Microsoft proficient
