Sales Engineer / Account Manager – Cem Electronics

Sub-contract electronic PCB design and manufacturing. [EMS/CEM]

We are seeking sales engineer/customer account manager with a solid background in the CEM or semi-conductor supply chain market.

We provide fast prototypes and series production services to a wide range of the companies from start ups to global reach.

We have a unique market position, using a range of leading edge processing technology to produce complex PCBA assemblies and supporting customers with our PCB design services.

– Engaging and managing existing customers. Understanding and supporting their requirements for our services, identifying and creating growth.

– Qualifying and tracking a pipeline of new opportunities, as a result of our marketing process. Creating long term relationships with a suitable commercial fit and applying a clear understanding of the complete sales process/cycle.

– Promoting the company’s services, USP’s and brand value at a commercial and technical level.

– Organising and working within a small team; Using ERP systems to compile and submit technical quotes and working with commercial information.

– Using CRM to track and report on customers on projects, provide support to customers on production schedules. Following up, tracking and converting quotes, bids and estimates into orders.

– Conveying technical information, both verbally and written.

– Gathering intelligence & feedback, tracking and forecasting customer activity.

– Marketing related activities, such as social media & events.

– In-bound customer visit and external visits.

– The ability to correctly prioritise and manage numerous activities is essential. We require someone who is motivated with a proven ability to engage with customers on a technical and commercial level within the CEM or supply chain market.

Must be able to commute daily to GU12 4XU within 45 minutes, some Spanish and/or German would be advantageous.

The role is based upon a 39-hour week, 8.30 to 5.00, with 4.00 finish on Friday – although a degree of flexibility is required to ensure the smooth running of the department and progress through the company.
