JOB TITLE: Workflow Scheduler (Customer Service & Administration based)

LOCATION: Manchester

Salary: £26,000per year

JOB DESCRIPTION: The role requires a high level of telephony and administration based activity. The responsibilities are as follows;
-Scheduling works for engineers and sub-contractors
– Working through both e-mail and system based queues of work. This will involve chasing up previously logged works, allocating to engineers, and creating new works.
– Making outbound calls to relevant parties (engineers, sub-contractors, account teams, on-site contacts) and updating relevant systems.
– Prioritising workloads for sub-contractors, using initiative to manage diaries of engineers etc.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to respond quickly and positively to customer enquiries
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
– Ability to work in a team as well as use own initiative
– Ability to use IT Microsoft Office, databases & telephony systems and administrative procedures in a customer focused organisation

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
