Customer Service Coordinator

1st Stop Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to work for a company in Haverhill on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced customer service environment. Must have experience with Microsoft office, have good written and communication skills. The candidate will have sound planning skills, and the ability to deal with customer enquiries in a confident and organised manner. The candidate will need to be able to work well under pressure and be able to prioritise and balance customer requirements.

Main purpose of the role is to deal with all customer service calls requiring a booking for a service engineer, or requesting spare parts for despatch on that day.

Main duties of role include:

• To take service and spare part sales phone calls.

• Maintain customer communications.

• To co-ordinate the team of 3 service engineers.

• Process all orders taken.

• Maintain customer service records.

• Increase dept turnover by actively pushing after sale products and services.

• Supply holiday cover to other areas when required.

This position is challenging but very rewarding, which will receive full support from all other areas of the business.

The salary is £26,000per year
