A really lovely opportunity to join an organisation that is recognised as a leading distributor for leading luxury brands. Their reputation has been built on providing a first-class customer services to their high-end retailers and they are now looking to recruit an additional Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

With excellent customer service skills, you will have a polite and confident telephone manner, be highly organised and have a keen eye for detail. Computer literate, you will ensure that customers are handled in a friendly, useful and professional manner and that each account is given great service.

Duties will include:

Provide information relating to orders, repairs, stock situations, pricing and product updates to your accounts
Provide an after-care service including repair issues, product information, stockist location etc.
Dealing with any customer service issues and queries
General administration duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing and preparing mail outs.
You will also need to have a positive and pro-active attitude, be consciences and be a great team player.
