TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Due to continued success, our Stafford based client is looking to recruit an additional technical customer service advisor for their team at the Stafford office, close to Stone, Stoke On Trent, Newcastle Under Lyme, Cannock and Rugeley.

The main focus of the Technical Customer Service Advisor role is as follows:
• Handling inbound calls from customers and dealing with enquiries
• Preparing quotations for stock and made to order products
• Following up on quotations on a daily basis
• Tracking and expediting sales orders
• Offering technical advice on a wide range of products
• Managing an account base in conjunction with an external Territory Sales Manager
• Liaising with UK and European manufacturing plants for made to order products

The ideal candidate for the Technical Customer Service Advisor role must have previous experience of customer service and administration within a busy office environment, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution based company. In addition, knowledge of SAP systems would be considered advantageous but is not essential.
