Temp to Perm Roles- FULL TIME POSITIONS

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of the leading customer service providers based in Preston Brook. Our client is looking for a team of Customer Service advisors to expand in their already impressive Customer Service department.

Our client is looking for candidate’s with customer service experience, to provide a first class service to their customers. With this in mind, we are looking for someone with a professional and well mannered personality, who is confident over the phone. Your role will involve dealing with calls of all different natures including queries, complaints and order taking.

Successful applicants will need to be PC literate with good grammar and punctuation.

Start Date – 19th September

Salary: £26,000per year, with a full training course provided!

Successful candidates would have to be flexible to work a full time Rota, working Monday to Sunday 8am – 9pm.
