Supervisor

R3 Resourcing are recruiting for an exciting opportunity that has become available for a Supervisor to join our clients store based in Oxford. This is a fantastic role for a Supervisor looking for a new challenge with a British lifestyle brand.

As a Supervisor you will ensure your store is profitable and well merchandised, you will ensure your team is offering outstanding service. You will be expected to manage wages and productivity, whilst ensuring your store meets or exceed their sales targets. As a Supervisor you will report directly to the Store Manager and support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store.

To be successful, it is essential that you are from a retail management position, ideally from a fashion background. You will be an excellent operator and commercial with your approach. You will have gained your experience from a reputable fashion background, eager to progress in this fast paced challenging role. As a Supervisor you will also need to confidently inspire your team and demonstrate passion for the product and the brand.
