My Client is a full service provider for internationally recognized brands and retailers in the cosmetics, personal care and household goods markets (FMCG industry).
Job Description
*Analysis of production/manufacturing data output information to review specifications and report back results to the technical team for amendment.
*Analysis & Approval/Rejection of filled stocks and brought-in goods by Inspection, review of production & quality records against established criteria
*Analysis of complaints/rejections/corrective actions data to look for trends and to work with teams to find continuous improvement plans.
*Be the first point of contact via the Line QC Supervisors/Line Supervisor/Line engineers to assist with production related quality problems e.g. crimp leakage, component problems, labelling issue, filling problems etc follow these issue through to resolution including specification updates.
*Assist in GMP training of personnel. Including inductions, tool box talks to ensure the Quality agenda is maintained and continuously improved by all departments.
*Chair a weekly reject meeting and follow up any problems, including writing off stock.
