Our Motor Trade Clients are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to control the Service function of their Motor Trade dealership of a leading Automotive Main Dealer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a proactive member of the dealership’s management team you will be required to run an efficient operation, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times, motivating and training all staff to perform, developing and improving processes and systems as well as driving the business forward. Your overall objective will be to increase efficiency, turnover and profits to exceed set budgets.

The successful candidate will be required to manage a team whilst driving business through a busy workshop. Our client are looking for a confident and ambitious leader with the focus and ability to motivate people to deliver exceptional levels of customer care and profitability. You will be required to control and drive forward all aspects of a busy service department as well as being responsible for upholding brand values.

You will be running a team of 6 Technicians and 3 Service Advisors.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

In successfully managing the growth and development of the Motor Trade Service department, you will be experienced at developing relationships with customers, manufacturer partners and colleagues. You will have the drive and determination to maintain effective policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction. To qualify for this position you must have a proven track record in the management of a Service Department of a car dealership.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Service Management within a Prestige Dealership and able to demonstrate this through past performance. We will only consider candidates with a stable career history.

Motor Trade experience is essential
