I am looking to appoint a Serivce Manager who is experienced within any type of CQC regulated service for a daycentre run by an amazing community charity that specialises in Autsim based in Waverley, Surrey.

I am seeking a Service Manager with in depth understanding of CQC regulations and inspections, a strong track record in management of CQC regulated services and success in performance managment and leading of staff teams.

The Service Manager role is paying £35,000 on a full time, permanent contract of 37.5 hours a week. This is a great opportunity for somebody who is passionate about working with those who have Learning Disabilities or Autism.

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care or equivilant.

* Provable track record of managing CQC regulated services

* Have experience and underdsatnding of working with Autism or Learning Disabilities.
